Time and again, interior decorators contact us with a glider issue, only for it to turn out that they were not using a HINNO ´Clic glider at all – even though they believed they were.
A mix-up with disadvantages for everyone
Such confusion means more work and customer complaints for the interior decorator, an unsatisfactory solution for the customer – and for HINNO, an association with products that do not meet the original standard. That’s why HINNO offers the “Free Glider Check”
With this new service, we invite interior decorators to have supposedly original HINNO ´Clic gliders checked by us for authenticity. This creates clarity and avoids unpleasant surprises for everyone.
The first 20 senders will receive 100 Clic gliders free of charge, provided that the submitted clickable gliders are not HINNO Clic.
How it works
- Send us sample click-in gliders for inspection with an informal note
- We check whether they are original HINNO ‘Clic Gliders
- You receive feedback on the results
- The first 20 senders will additionally receive 100 original ‘Clic Gliders free of charge for comparison, provided they are not the original Hinno ‘Clic.
